Circuit training

Today we mixed it up by doing circuit training at noon. Six stations for one minutes each followed by one minute of rest. The is repeated three times. Following the circuit we did sprints. The session was finished with shadowboxing as cool down.

The six stations was:
  • Skipping
  • Tractor tire flips
  • Farmers walk
  • Push-kicks to a concrete pole
  • Clean to shoulder press with bar
  • Bashing a tire with a sledgehammer
